With HGTV's new competition series Rock the Block already at the halfway mark, fans of the four talented renovators-slash-designers are tuning in each week to see how rooms are uniquely transformed. Whether you're cheering on Good Bones' Mina Starsiak Hawk, Hidden Potential's Jasmine Roth, Restored by the Fords' Leanne Ford, or Windy City Rehab's Alison Victoria, it's easy to start wondering if the houses are up for grabs, so here are all the details.

What should I know about the houses on HGTV's Rock the Block?

In July 2019, HGTV's Rock the Block began production in Santa Clarita, California, where the four competitors were given identical houses to redesign with a $175,000 total renovation budget. Each 2,530-square-foot property was built by Pardee Homes Los Angeles with three bedrooms, three baths and had an initial market value of $750,000.

Over the course of four weeks, the HGTV stars are assigned a specific section of the home to focus on and work towards earning a weekly win—culminating to the house with the highest value. (So far, Restored by the Fords' Leanne Ford has won the master suite challenge and Windy City Rehab's Alison Victoria took the second win with her kitchen.)

Yes, you can buy one of the houses from HGTV's Rock the Block. Following the series finale, Pardee Homes will host a Rockin' Reveal Party on Saturday, November 16 in Aliento. The event, taking place from 11 a.m. PST to 3 p.m. PST, will give the general public an exclusive first look at the four Rock the Block homes.
